HISTORY
In 2008, when one of the founder of Cultivating a Lifetime of Legacy, Inc., Kimberly Bennett met Ms. Jean Sewell of Greater Works Outreach, Inc. they began to exchange views on several issues of concern affecting the growth and development of so many young girls in our community. Reflecting on the various obstacle each had occurred in their personal lives they decided to take action by helping young girls build their self-esteem, make better decision, and achieve their life goals. Our founder worked in various capacity of Greater Works Outreach, Inc. programs from Administrative, CEO/Executive Director and mentor to many. The collaboration was successful in achieving its goal of building self-esteem, providing encouragement and support to many young girls ages 8-18. Many of the young ladies has gone on to attend college, begin careers and start families.

It was through this collaboration that our founders gained experience and a greater understanding of the importance for a transitional program. In September of 2012 the vision of Cultivating a Lifetime of Legacy, Inc. was birthed. We are diligently working to equip the next generation.
